Key Responsibilities

Property Operations & Maintenance
Oversee the day-to-day operations, maintenance and overall upkeep of the property, ensuring a safe, well-maintained and efficiently managed environment.

SOP Development & Implementation
Develop, implement and continuously improve property operation procedures and SOPs to ensure consistent and high-quality service standards. Participated in the development and improvement of the property operation system and asset management standards, and implemented the company's property management systems and SOPs from other overseas regions in Singapore assets.

Facilities & Infrastructure Management
Conduct regular inspections of buildings, roads, boundary walls, lighting, plumbing, drainage, irrigation, electrical systems and other essential infrastructure.

Preventive & Corrective Maintenance
Develop and manage comprehensive maintenance programmes, including preventive maintenance, routine servicing and timely response toad-hoc or emergency repairs.

Property Quality & Asset Standards
Maintain the overall property condition and environment to meet the company’s high-end property and asset management standards.

Asset Risk Management
Proactively identify potential operational, maintenance and asset-related risks, and provide timely updates and recommendations to management.

Project Coordination & Supervision
Coordinate and supervise major repair, renovation, refurbishment, landscaping and upgrading projects, ensuring works are delivered according to the required quality, timeline and specifications.

Requirements & Experience

• Degree in Property Management, Facilities Management, Building Services, Engineering, Estate Management or a related discipline.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in property, facilities or estate management.

• Proven experience in managing the day-to-day operations and maintenance of high-end residential, commercial or private properties.

• Strong knowledge of building facilities, M&E systems, maintenance practices and general property operations.

• Experience in managing contractors, vendors and service providers, including monitoring service quality and performance.

• Hands-on experience in renovation, refurbishment, landscaping and property improvement projects is highly preferred.

• Strong ability to identify potential property and asset risks and implement appropriate preventive measures.

• Good project management, coordination and problem-solving skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with management, contractors and external stakeholders.

• Proactive, hands-on and detail-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility.

• Experience managing luxury or high-value properties will be an added advantage.
