FNP Cakes Pte Ltd is a premium cake brand known for delivering beautifully crafted cream cakes, customized fondant cakes, and celebration desserts. We are expanding our team and looking for passionate and skilled cake decorators to join us at our production facility in Mandai.

Job Description:

We are hiring a Cake Maker / Cake Decorator who is proficient in finishing cream cakes and creating customized fondant decorations. Baking skills are not required — we are specifically looking for someone who can cream and decorate cakes to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

• Frost and decorate cakes with cream or fondant, as per design requirements.
• Smooth finish on cakes with cream, ganache, or buttercream.
• Create customized fondant designs, toppers, and figurines based on order needs.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards at the workstation.
• Work with the production team to meet daily cake decoration targets.
• Ensure cakes are presented neatly and packed as per standard.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in cake decorating (cream and/or fondant cakes).
• Ability to finish and decorate cakes independently without supervision.
• Strong eye for detail and aesthetics in cake presentation.
• Must be available for interview and trial session.
• Good team player with a positive attitude.
• Willingness to learn and improve with feedback.
