Key Responsibilities

• Attending and registering for scheduled or walk in patients,
• Preparing and dispensing medications for patients as ordered. consult,
• Arranging follow up appointments and clinic procedure,
• Providing financial counselling for clinic package and payment collection,
• Recall and follow up with patients for medication/reports collection,
• Maintaining the clinic and patients' records
• Maintaining the sufficiency stock level for oral and topical drugs, consumables and printing materials at counter and dispensing room

Requirements

• GCE N/O/A Level / Nitec, Higher Nitec / Diploma in any field
• Adaptable and keen in learning
• Computer literacy
• Critical thinking and a problem solver
• Fast-paced environment
• Service-oriented mindset
• Take initiative and works well as a team
