Key Role Purpose
The Multimedia Production Lead will oversee end-to-end production of high‑impact digital content (video, animation, interactive assets) for Mosaic’s clients in Hong Kong and overseas, ensuring that deliverables meet international standards in animation and digital marketing, and directly support clients’ online marketing and sales performance.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Lead the end-to-end animation and multimedia production process for assigned client projects, including production planning, animation layout, blocking, polishing, review, revision and final technical delivery.
2. Translate creative briefs and technical requirements received through Mosaic’s project, creative and client-service teams into practical animation and multimedia production plans, storyboards, asset requirements, schedules and delivery milestones.
3. Lead the direct production and execution of high-priority projects, including client brand videos, social media short-form content, event coverage videos, etc., maintaining high-quality output even when resources are limited.
4. Coordinate with relevant internal teams, including creative, UX/UI, development, marketing and project-management personnel, to ensure animation and multimedia assets can be properly integrated into video-advertising, web, mobile, gaming, AR or interactive projects.
5. Coordinate cross-functional collaboration across internal teams —including sales, product, and operations —to align content requirements, balancing time and resources across multiple concurrent projects to ensure on‑time delivery.
6. Establish and maintain content production workflows and visual standards, ensuring consistency in quality and brand tone across all output.
7. Stay informed of digital media and industry trends, continuously exploring innovative content formats and communication approaches to enhance content effectiveness and market impact.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per month
