Job Summary

You will play a key role in delivering high-quality patient care and supporting our clinical team at a busy GP practice.

Responsibilities

• Lead nurse-led clinics focused on wound care, immunisations, and chronic disease support to improve patient health outcomes
• Assist clinical team by conducting health assessments and providing patient education to enhance patient understanding and self-care
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive clinical records in compliance with best practice protocols to ensure quality and continuity of care
• Collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals to support integrated patient management and clinical operations

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Registered Nurse with primary care or clinic experience
• Demonstrate a warm, professional, and patient-focused approach to foster positive patient interactions
