JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• To verify description & quantity of raw material / packing material to ensure they tally with that in documents.
• To perform visual inspection & measurement.
• Randomly select from each lot of raw materials for inspection.
• For visual defects & raw materials defective, perform incoming inspection using AQL = 0.65%, record result in the incoming inspection record.
• Fill up incoming inspection record.
• Update all the raw materials detail based on the standard requirement.
• Record the defects found & overall result of the inspection.
• To ensure the goods met the specification, affix' reject' label & to notify QA of Nonconforming product (NCR Report) for further action & feedback to supplier.
• Responsible to update daily delivery in the Ensil GSQA System.
• Any other adhoc activities assigned by department head.
