About the role
The Sales and Growth Manager is the key person of ImmersifyKL's commercial expansion beyond its consumer (B2C) foundation. This strategic leadership role is purpose-built to drive sustainable revenue growth by building and managing a high-performance B2B & B2G sales team, while also pioneering new business models and revenue streams. The role is responsible for transforming the gallery's assets into diverse commercial opportunities, from corporate partnerships and government deals to venue rentals and new experiential offerings, ensuring the company meets its ambitious annual targets.
Key responsibilities
Develop and execute the overarching commercial growth strategy for ImmersifyKL, with a primary focus on B2B (Business-to-Business) and B2G (Business-to-Government) segments.
Build, lead, mentor, and manage a dedicated sales team focused on high-value partnerships, corporate accounts, and government contracts.
Own the P&L for all B2B/B2G revenue streams and new business initiatives.
Identify, pursue, and secure strategic partnerships with tour operators, travel agencies, corporate clients, event planners, and government bodies.
Spearhead the development and launch of new revenue streams.
Maximize revenue from existing assets by optimizing pricing, packaging, and sales strategies for all non-retail offerings.
Set ambitious yet achievable quarterly and annual sales targets for the B2B/B2G team.
Implement and manage a robust CRM and sales process to track pipeline, forecast accurately, and ensure deal closure.
Design and oversee incentive structures (commissions, overrides) that drive team performance and align with company goals.
Work closely with the Marketing Director to ensure B2C retail strategies and B2B commercial efforts are aligned, supporting the overall annual revenue target.
About you
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Business Development, or a related field.
Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 3 years in a management role.
Experience in tourism, attractions, hospitality, entertainment, events, retail, leisure or related industries is an advantage.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new business accounts.
