Responsibilities 

• Perform hands-on configuration of POS-related updates.
• Perform troubleshoot and analysis of POS and associated backend systems.
• System management of POS solutions and back-end infrastructure.
• Conduct POS System Training to customers.
• Evaluate current systems, identifying areas for improvement, and designing new systems or upgrades based on project requirements and business needs. 
• Install, configure, and integrate new systems, hardware, and software, ensuring they function correctly and securely.
• Monitor system performance, identify and resolving issues, and ensure systems meet performance and security standards.
• Lead and assist with project development, manage resources, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. 
• Provide technical guidance to project teams, troubleshoot issues, and ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Perform administration implementation and setup of Cloud platform such as IBM, Azure, AWS, etc.
• Manage and maintain ICT infrastructure.

Requirement 

• Minimum Diploma in Information Technology, Engineering.
• Minimum 1 year IT support experience. 
• Proficiency in various operating systems like Windows or Linux.
• Solid understanding of computer hardware components, software applications.
• Knowledge on networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Understanding basic security principles, data protection methods, and common threats.
• Knowledge of SQL database management and maintenance.
• Ability to analyze and solve technical problems independently. 
• Strong interpersonal are teamwork skills.
