Key Responsibilities
Staff Management:
Recruiting, training, scheduling, and motivating bakery staff to provide excellent customer service and achieve store goals.
Sales and Finance:
Monitoring financial records, managing cash flow, achieving sales targets, and analyzing business data to improve performance.
Inventory Control:
Managing inventory levels, ordering supplies, and ensuring products are fresh and well-organized to prevent shortages.
Operations:
Overseeing daily operations, maintaining store cleanliness, and ensuring that baked goods are prepared, displayed, and sold efficiently.
Customer Service:
Ensuring customer satisfaction by handling inquiries and complaints and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
Compliance:
Implementing and maintaining safety measures, adhering to food safety regulations, and following company policies.
