Meka Machinery Part Supply Hiring! Full Time CNC AUTO LATHE PROGRAMMER in Selangor, Earn up to MYR 5,000 - Ricebowl

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Auto Lathe Programmer to develop and optimise CNC programs, support machine setup, and ensure quality, productivity and efficient machining processes.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop, modify and optimise CNC programs for Auto Lathe machines based on engineering drawings and production requirements.
• Set and adjust cutting tools, tool offsets, work offsets, feeds, speeds and machining parameters.
• Support machine setup, trial runs and first-piece production to meet required specifications.
• Monitor machining processes and identify dimensional, tooling, vibration and surface quality issues.
• Perform first-piece and in-process inspections using precision measuring instruments.
• Troubleshoot CNC programming, tooling and machining issues to minimise downtime.
• Monitor tool life and optimise tooling, cycle time and machining parameters to improve productivity and reduce costs.
• Assist in resolving machining-related quality issues and implementing corrective & preventive actions (CAPA).
• Maintain CNC programs, setup sheets, tooling records and inspection documentation.
• Support ISO 9001, 5S, Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement activities.
• Coordinate with Production, QA/QC, Engineering and Maintenance to resolve machining and production issues.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the immediate superior or Management.

Academic Requirement:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Machining Technology, Production Engineering, CNC Machining or other related disciplines.
• Candidates with SKM / technical certification in CNC machining or machining technology may also be considered depending on relevant experience.

Experience & Skills Requirement:

• Practical experience in CNC Auto Lathe / Automatic Lathe programming and setup.
• Experience in developing and modifying CNC programs.
• Experience in tool selection, tool setting and machining parameter adjustment.
• Experience in troubleshooting machining and dimensional issues.
• Experience in reading engineering drawings and applying machining tolerances.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
