Healthcare Technical Services Hiring! Full Time Engineer, Project Management Services in Johor - Ricebowl

Job Summary

Responsible for planning, managing, monitoring and implementing assigned projects to ensure safety, quality, timeline and cost objectives are achieved in accordance with company requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage projects throughout the full project lifecycle, including Pre-Contract, Construction and Handover stages.
• Review client requirements, design briefs, Request for Proposal (RFP) and Request for Quotation (RFQ).
• Ensure project requirements comply with relevant guidelines, standards and authority regulations.
• Coordinate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), consultants, contractors and relevant stakeholders.
• Prepare project estimates, detailed project plans, schedules and resource requirements.
• Manage day-to-day project activities and coordinate project team meetings.
• Monitor project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, issues and overall performance.
• Participate in feasibility studies, vendor selection and proposal evaluations.
• Ensure appropriate quality control throughout project implementation.
• Coordinate project handover, including Operation & Maintenance documentation and knowledge transfer to the site team.
• Ensure Final Account completion within the stipulated contractual timeline.
• Monitor and close out project defects, including matters relating to the Defects Liability Period (DLP).

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (Hons) in Civil, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in Project Management, preferably involving medium-scale projects.
• Experience managing the full project lifecycle, from design and feasibility through construction, handover, close-out and DLP.
• Registered with the Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM).
• Possess a valid CIDB Green Card.
• Project Management qualification or equivalent training in the Engineering and Construction industry is an added advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project and AutoCAD.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, communication and stakeholder management skills.
