Responsibilities
This will be a 1-year renewable contract based in One North.
Responsibilities
Analyze datasets to identify business trends, anomalies, risks, opportunities and operational performance drivers.
Root-cause analysis for business improvement initiatives and management decision-making.
Interpret data findings into concise insights, practical recommendations and clear narratives for stakeholders.
Ad-hoc analytical requests, help move recurring requests into reusable dashboards or data products.
Building and maintaining Power BI dashboards, KPI scorecards and management reports.
Produce visualisations that are intuitive, simple to understand, visually consistent and suitable for executive or operational users.
Collaborate with stakeholders to refine report requirements, data definitions, filters, drill-downs and usage scenarios.
Develop reusable report templates, standard measures and clear user guidance to support self-service analytics .
Using Snowflake to query and explore curated datasets for reporting, reconciliation and analytical use cases.
Validate data sources, transformation logic and certified datasets used in dashboards together with Data Engineers.
Development of domain-specific data products by defining analytical requirements, KPI logic and consumption patterns.
Documentation of analytical assumptions, metric definitions and data limitations clearly.
Pinpoint and report data quality issues discovered during analysis or dashboard development.
Collaborate with Data Stewards and governance teams to align reports to approved business definitions and glossary terms.
Support metadata, lineage and documentation activities for dashboards and analytical assets.
Be a contributor to data literacy sessions, user walkthroughs and stakeholder adoption activities.
Requirement
Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Economics, Mathematics or a related discipline.
3–5 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, reporting or performance analytics
Highly qualified fresh graduates are also welcome.
Experience in building dashboards and working with enterprise datasets.
Good in communicating technical findings to business users in plain language.
Advantageous to have experience in public sector, research, corporate services or large enterprise environments.
