Responsibilities
Job Description:
Reporting directly to the Head of Safety Unit and his safety officers, he/she shall provide necessary administrative support to the Safety Unit, whilst coordinating closely with the company Project Managers.
Assist to plan, coordinate, scheduling of safety & related meetings, briefings, Safety Time Outs, inspections etc.
Assist to update and maintain safety-related documentation such as weekly and monthly WSH reports, dashboards, safety performance reports, risk assessments, safe work procedures, inspection checklists, incident reports, MOM audit records, etc
Assist to monitor and track timely and accurate submission, filing, and tracking of all WSH documentations from project sites
Support Safety officers on internal and external audits, site inspections, and MOM inspections by preparing and providing the necessary documentation.
Perform any other ad-hoc duties and administrative tasks assigned by the Safety Head.
Job Requirements
Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level qualification. Candidates with at least 2 years of administrative experience within the construction industry will have an advantage.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Familiar with Singapore MOM statutory requirements, workplace safety and health regulations, environmental practices, and construction safety procedures.
Strong attention to detail with excellent document control and record management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Able to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work effectively, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced construction environment.
Work place - mostly HQ office located at Enterprise Road with occasional travel to project sites for safety meetings.
