Responsibilities
Provide consistent professional body and foot massage and reflexology in accordance with industry standards.
- Ensure high level of professional service standards.
- Responsible for the cleanliness and neaness of the spa facilities, treatment area.
- Responsible in preparing the necessary treatment products, replenishment of stocks, towels supply etc.
- Handle customer queries and maintain strong customer relationship.
- Follow and comply with the intrucstions given by Manager.
