Job Scope / Responsibilities :

• Preparing estimation costs based on the design layout and 3D visuals for each proposal or any tender proposals.
• Preparing design proposals with bills of quantity for all materials, labours and equipment as well as all related documents within the given timeframe.
• Arranging and handling all suppliers and subcontractors to visit the related site and accumulate all the proposals or quotations from third parties.
• Ensuring the materials' lead time and delivery at site within the timeline given.
• To undertake any other duties & responsibilities as so instructed by Director.
• Purchasing and delivery arrangement for each project proposal awarded.

Requirements :

• Possess Diploma/ Degree holder in the related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a quantity surveyor (interior design) or related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Good communication skills, written and verbal (Mandarin), with the ability to communicate issues to all levels of management.
• Good at dealing with all suppliers and contractors and strong team spirit.
• Good working attitude, self-motivated, and critical thinking skills.
• Possess good Microsoft Office and AutoCAD skills.

Working Days and Time: Monday to Friday – 8:30 am to 6 pm

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,200.00 per month
