Job Scope

• Supervise Service Ambassadors.
• Manage manpower and work schedules.
• Ensure staff follow procedures and service standards.
• Monitor service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Handle complaints and operational issues.
• Conduct staff training and briefings.
• Prepare reports and performance updates.
• Liaise on project matters.
• Ensure all contract requirements and KPIs are met.

Requirements

• Hold a minimum of a bachelor's degree.
• Have a minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience
