Job Responsibilities

  • Co-ordination with the various functions within EPIcenter and PSA BDP offices.
  • To lead, motivate and supervise the Team.
  • To ensure the performance of the Team work as per EPIcenter standard working process, rules and policy.
  • Provide training and coaching for team members and impart the quality mindset among team members.
  • Constantly review processes and procedures and initiate appropriate process improvements to enhance better team performance.
  • Is responsible for ensuring the continuous improvement of PSA BDP’s Management System and that the Standards are followed and enforced.
  • Ensure compliance to legislative requirements are met or exceeded
  • Has a ability to persuade, convince or influence team members to change their viewpoint or accept a desired cause of action when necessary
  • Ensure all new requirements updated into Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) accordingly
  • Communicate clear instruction to the team members
  • Maintains work flow by monitoring steps of the process is compliance with SOP through QC Log, GNC report, KPI report, volume summary, leave balance and upload to *************

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • Candidate with supervisory / leadership team management capacity
  • Bachelor’s Degree Holder (Minimum)
  • Preferably with at least 5 years of industry experience.
