Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Retail Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of retail operations experience, with managerial experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge in purchasing, inventory, supplier management, sales, and cost control.
• Experience in staff management, KPI monitoring, budgeting, and P&L management.
• Familiar with POS, inventory systems, and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple operational tasks.
• Willing to work weekends and public holidays when required.

Pay: RM4,300.00 - RM5,100.00 per month
