Karim Group Hiring! Full Time GTT - Guest Relations Executive in - Ricebowl

As the Guest Relations Executive, we rely on you to:

• Greet and host guests with professionalism, warmth and attentiveness, escorting them to their tables or designated areas seamlessly

• Take reservations via phone, email, or reservation system, ensuring accuracy and optimal seating allocation and respond promptly to guest enquiries and/or special requests

• Maintain guest profiles and history, noting special occasions and preferences to personalise service

• Act as liaison between guests and service/ operations team to ensure smooth coordination and issue resolution

• Handle enquires and bookings for private rooms, special arrangement enquiries, coordinating requirements with the relevant team

• Upsell promotions, events, and private rooms to guests

• Demonstrate sound knowledge of the venue, menu, and offerings to guide and engage guests confidently

• Adhere to compliance with sanitation, hygiene, and safety regulations

• Assist in other areas of operations when required, such as service

• Any other duties as assigned

We are looking for someone who has:

• 2 years of relevant experience

• Strong customer service skills with a passion for creating memorable experiences

• Comfortable with flexible work hours including shifts, split shifts, weekends, and public holidays
