Job Description
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve food and beverages according to company standards.
- Ensure food presentation and portioning meet quality requirements.
- Follow recipes and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Perform cashier task
- Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system
- Process payments (cash, card, e-wallets)
- Provide menu recommendations and answer questions about food and beverages
- Work closely with kitchen and service staff
- Assist in food preparation
- Ensure timely service during peak hours
- Handle customer complaints or concerns politely
