Role Description

The Media Producer is responsible for conceptualising, creating, and delivering high-quality visual and multimedia content that supports the company's marketing, brand, and communication objectives. This role blends creative storytelling with technical production skills, ensuring that all media outputs align with brand guidelines and effectively engage target audiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organise, shoot, and edit video content for social media, website, and events.
• Capture and edit photography for the brand and product.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm concepts, scripts, storyboards, and creative approaches for media projects.
• Translate marketing objectives into compelling visual content.
• Manage production schedules and timelines.
• Coordinate logistics for shoots, including equipment, locations, and talents.
• Maintain an organised media library and archive of raw and final assets.
• Ensure consistent application of brand identity across all media output.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Media Production, Digital Media, Communications, or any relevant field
• Proven experience in videography, photography, and basic motion graphics.
• Proficient with editing software (e.g. Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, etc.)
• Strong understanding of lighting, sound, cinematography, and post-production workflows.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
• Experience in social media content production and platform-specific formats is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Pay: $3,500.00 - $4,500.00 per month
