Responsibilities
Responsibilities
Lead and supervise electrical installation, testing and commissioning works.
Review SLDs, technical submissions, material specifications and shop/site coordination drawings.
Monitor site progress, quality and workmanship.
Coordinate with project teams, consultants, main contractors and subcontractors.
Resolve electrical and cross-trade technical issues.
Ensure electrical installations meet applicable regulatory, safety and project requirements.
Support testing, inspections and project handover.
Assist commercial/QS teams with material take-offs, progress claims and variation assessments.
Requirements
Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electrical & Electronic Engineering or related discipline.
6–8 years of relevant M&E construction/building services site experience.
Strong electrical site installation and coordination experience.
Proficient in reading SLDs and electrical drawings.
Proficient in AutoCAD.
BIM/Revit MEP knowledge is advantageous.
Relevant LEW, bizSAFE or WSH certification is advantageous.
Singapore infrastructure/transit project experience is preferred.
