Responsibilities
Job Scope:
, preferably for corporate or industrial office projects.
- Plan, coordinate and oversee the overall progress of works on site.
- Proactively identify potential issues and implement effective solutions to ensure smooth project execution.
- Coordinate and liaise with all project stakeholders, including clients’ representatives, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers, to address project requirements and concerns.
- Monitor, coordinate and supervise site activities to ensure works are carried out according to project schedules, specifications and requirements.
- Plan and arrange material requisitions in advance for each phase of the project, where necessary.
- Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the management.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in
, preferably for corporate or industrial office projects.
- Able to work independently and perform effectively under tight project schedules with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication, coordination and presentation skills.
- Good problem-solving and project management abilities.
- Able to coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers.
- Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence and be able to drive for work-related purposes.
