Job Summary

Support BIM and technical drawing preparation, assist sales and operations teams with administrative coordination, and manage epoxy progress claims to ensure accurate project documentation and timely payment processing.

Responsibilities

• Prepare BIM/CAD drawings, demarcation drawings, and technical submissions to support project requirements
• Review project drawings and specifications to accurately understand and apply project needs
• Perform basic epoxy quantity take-offs and measurements to assist project estimation
• Support Sales & Operations teams by maintaining sales, enquiry, and project records for efficient workflow
• Liaise with customers and main contractors to coordinate routine project matters and ensure smooth communication
• Provide ad-hoc administrative and coordination support to facilitate team operations
• Prepare and submit routine epoxy progress and payment claims to ensure timely billing
• Track the status of claim submissions, certifications, and outstanding payments to maintain financial accuracy
• Maintain organized claim documentation and supporting records for audit and reference purposes
