Telco Operations Coordinator (Operations Support Specialist)

Contract: 12 months, (renewal based on the performance)

Location: Subang Hitech, Shah Alam

Reporting: PMO

Role Summary:

The role supports SA (Site Acquisition) and OLNO operations by coordinating site access, managing regulatory/compliance requirements, tracking project deliverables, and liaising with internal/external stakeholders. It also covers USP documentation submission to meet SLA/KPI targets, and Fiber documentation compilation and verification.

Key Requirements:

• Experience in telco/network rollout, site acquisition, or project coordination
• Strong documentation and tracking skills
• Good stakeholder communication (internal teams, vendors, operators)
• Familiar with compliance/permit processes (e.g. PTW) is a plus
• Ms Excel and Power BI skills are added advantage

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,700.00 per month
