Talent Acquisition Specialist

Location: KL Sentral, Kuala Lumpur
Salary: RM3,000 – RM3,500
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
Working Hours: Monday – Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Experience: 1–2 years (up to 2.5 years)

About the Role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing recruitment team. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced recruitment environment.

You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing suitable candidates, coordinating interviews, and ensuring hiring requirements are fulfilled within the required timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to candidate placement.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, databases, and other recruitment channels.
• Review and screen resumes based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial candidate screening and assess candidates' suitability for various positions.
• Contact candidates to understand their experience, career interests, salary expectations, availability, and other relevant details.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process and provide timely updates.
• Maintain accurate candidate records, recruitment trackers, and applicant information.
• Work closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to understand recruitment requirements.
• Ensure recruitment activities are completed within the required TAT and hiring timelines.
• Monitor recruitment progress, pending cases, and candidate pipelines.
• Prepare recruitment reports and provide regular updates on hiring progress.
• Identify sourcing challenges and suggest improvements to recruitment processes.
• Maintain confidentiality of candidate and company information.
• Support other recruitment and Talent Acquisition activities as required.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition (up to 2.5 years).
• Diploma or Degree in any field.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
• Able to manage multiple vacancies and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Comfortable working with recruitment targets, TATs, and deadlines.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets and other productivity tools.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively with the recruitment team.
• Proactive, responsible, and willing to take ownership of assigned tasks.
• Recruitment agency experience is an added advantage.
• Experience hiring for IT / technical positions is an added advantage.
