  • Assist the Sales Manager in planning, developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve company sales targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop potential customers and business relationships.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers and follow up on customer enquiries.
  • Prepare and review quotations, sales proposals, invoices and other sales-related documents.
  • Coordinate with customers, suppliers and internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery of products or services.
  • Monitor sales activities, customer orders and outstanding payments.
  • Follow up on quotations and negotiate pricing and commercial terms with customers when required.
  • Assist in monitoring sales performance and preparing regular sales reports for management.
  • Handle customer feedback and assist in resolving sales or service-related issues.
  • Support the Sales Manager in managing the sales team and coordinating daily sales activities.
  • Conduct market research and monitor competitors, market trends and customer requirements.
  • Ensure sales activities and documentation comply with company policies and procedures.
  • Perform other sales and business development duties as assigned by management.
Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in related field.
  • At least 2 years of relevant sales experience, preferably with experience in a supervisory or senior sales role.
  • Experience in sales coordination, customer relationship management and business development.
  • Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to build and maintain good relationships with customers and business partners.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Able to prepare quotations, sales reports and other business documents accurately.
  • Self-motivated, responsible and target-oriented.
  • Able to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Good command of English. Knowledge of additional languages will be an advantage.
  • Willing to travel or meet customers when required.
  • Candidates with experience in the construction, engineering, building materials or related industries will have an added advantage.
