- Permit Management: Processes and submits TradeNet declarations for imports, exports, and transshipments, including amendments and cancellations.
- Documentation & Compliance: Verifies shipping documents (invoices, packing lists, bills of lading) and ensures adherence to HS coding, valuation, GST, and duty requirements.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Acts as a key liaison between freight forwarders, carriers, warehouse teams, and clients to resolve shipment issues and facilitate cargo release.
- Financial Follow-up: Manages GST and duty payment inquiries with both internal teams and external parties.
- Recordkeeping: Maintains organised logs and documentation to support regulatory audits.
- Core Knowledge: Proficient in TradeNet with a solid grasp of HS classification, customs valuation, and local GST/tax frameworks.
- Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain / Logistics or related studies
- Fresh graduates with a relevant Diploma/Degree and a strong interest in customs compliance are welcome to apply. Prior experience in supply chain operations is a plus.
- Key Requirements Certification: Singapore Customs Competency Test for Declarants (SC401).
- High attention to detail and ability to work under tight, time-sensitive shipping schedules
- Good project management skills
