Key Responsibilities

Safely transport company directors, management and staff to meetings, appointments, site visits, and other business-related locations.

Drive company vehicles responsibly and ensure the safety and comfort of passengers.

Maintain punctuality and follow assigned schedules and routes.

Perform pick-up and drop-off duties as instructed.

Assist with transportation of company documents, materials or small items when required.

Maintain the cleanliness and good condition of the assigned vehicle.

Conduct regular checks on vehicle condition, including fuel, tyres, brakes, lights and other basic maintenance items.

Send the vehicle for servicing, inspection, and repairs when required.

Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, mileage, fuel and maintenance.

Follow all Malaysian road traffic laws and company safety procedures.

Maintain confidentiality regarding company and management matters.

Perform other driving or administrative duties assigned by management.

Requirements

Valid Malaysian Class D driving licence.

Clean driving record with no serious traffic offences.

Minimum 5–8 years of driving experience, preferably as a company or personal driver.

Familiar with roads and locations in Johor / Kuala Lumpur / other areas as required.

Good knowledge of GPS and navigation applications such as Google Maps or Waze.

Reliable, punctual, responsible and trustworthy.

Good communication skills and a professional attitude.

Able to work flexible hours when required.

Willing to travel and work overtime when necessary.

Physically fit and able to assist with loading/unloading light items when required.

Pay: RM1,453.33 - RM4,822.07 per month

Work Location: In person
