JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Design and develop agent execution infrastructure in Python, including persistent state management, reliable tool/API execution, and fault-tolerant recovery.
Build event and trajectory systems that connect conversations, agent actions, and outcomes, providing high-quality data for AI research and clear diagnostics for engineering teams.
Develop and improve production infrastructure, including deployment pipelines, system observability, latency optimization, and cost efficiency.
Scale infrastructure from an early-stage foundation into a reliable, highly available platform capable of supporting growing AI workloads.
REQUIREMENTS
Strong expertise in distributed systems, with hands-on experience managing critical infrastructure in production environments.
Experience making architectural trade-offs and troubleshooting real-world production failures.
Strong programming and software engineering skills, with a focus on writing clean, maintainable code.
Proactive and hands-on approach to building, improving, and challenging existing architectures.
Strong technical interest in AI agent infrastructure and a clear understanding of how AI agents can operate reliably at scale.
