Support a government agency in managing workplace-related matters and employment disputes. You will assess cases, provide advisory support to workers and companies, assist with mediation and follow cases through to resolution.

Job Details

• Contract duration: 6 months

• Nearest MRT: Jurong East

• Salary: S$15.16 per hour

• Education: Diploma or higher qualification in any field

  
  

Responsibilities

• Assess and manage workplace-related cases and employment disputes.

• Provide advisory support to workers and companies.

• Assist with mediation and follow up cases through to resolution.

• Maintain accurate case records and documentation.

• Provide counter service and liaise with relevant stakeholders and partners.

• Support process improvements and other ad hoc duties.

  
  

Requirements

• Diploma or higher qualification in any field.

• Knowledge of employment laws and grievance handling.

• Strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

• Comfortable using multiple IT systems.

• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

• Experience in case management, employee relations, mediation, dispute resolution or customer service will be an advantage.
