Job SummaryWe are seeking an analytical, proactive, and highly technical Technology Consultant to join our technical delivery and enterprise solutions practice. In this critical role, you will be a core technical owner responsible for leading discovery phases, diagnosing legacy system inefficiencies, configuring technical solution architectures, and guiding enterprise accounts through successful platform adoption cycles.Operating at the intersection of our clients' technical teams, backend software engineering squads, and front-office business operations leads, you will turn complex business requirements into high-performance system deployments. The ideal candidate will combine strong project data tracking precision with exceptional professional communication skills to systematically eliminate technical configuration bottlenecks, execute robust integration testing phases, and ensure an outstanding product deployment journey.Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Solutions Delivery: Lead the technical discovery, workflow diagnosis, and end-to-end planning of corporate business re-engineering, structural efficiency projects, and customization models for enterprise accounts.
• System Configuration & Parameter Design: Set up, audit, and systematically optimize localized application parameters, data schemas, API web-service connections, and cross-channel automation infrastructure.
• Technical Discovery Workshops: Conduct detailed technical design sessions with client stakeholders to analyze legacy system data topologies and map them smoothly onto our target cloud frameworks.
• Testing & Quality Assurance Support: Partner with backend software engineering and quality assurance (QA) squads to execute rigorous functional verification loops, identify system code exceptions, and clear software integration defects.
• User Training & Enablement Architecture: Author and execute high-impact technical platform presentations, deployment briefs, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maximize product feature adoption.
• Project Milestone Governance: Track, monitor, and report project delivery metrics, change log entries, and resource consumption parameters against established statements of work (SOWs).
• Data Governance Compliance: Enforce rigid compliance with enterprise information security protocols and regional data protection standards, ensuring all data migration loops and customer database structures strictly align with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) [Singapore].

Requirements

• Education: Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS), Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related quantitative technical STEM discipline.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong relational database querying logic using SQL is required. High competency in utilizing advanced Microsoft Office Suite applications (specifically Excel for intricate data metrics tracking and data parsing templates) alongside hands-on experience navigating cloud infrastructures (AWS, Azure, or GCP) or enterprise ERP systems.
• Experience: Prior hands-on experience as a technology consultant, technical integration specialist, implementation engineer, or enterprise systems solution architect role—preferably within a B2B SaaS company, tech consultancy network, or software vendor hub—is required. Fast-learning candidates with robust practical portfolios are welcome.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills; professional etiquette and an assertive, collaborative stakeholder engagement style to handle complex enterprise account discussions with extreme diplomacy.

Pay: $6,400.00 - $8,990.00 per month
