Financial Department Oversight: Manage teams responsible for finance, accounting, and tax functions.

Financial Reporting: Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

Budget Management: Formulate annual budgets and monitor budget execution.

Financial Forecasting: Conduct forecasting for revenue, profit, cash flow, and business operations.

Cash Flow Management: Manage group cash flow, fund allocation, and liquidity.

Cost Control: Analyze operating costs and develop cost optimization strategies.

Tax Management: Oversee tax planning and related tax filing activities.

Audit Management: Manage liaison with external auditors, tax advisors, and other professional service providers.
