Responsibilities

• Open and close the centre while attending to parents’ enquiries and collecting fee payments to ensure smooth daily operations
• Manage daily centre operations to maintain efficiency and service quality
• Process applications and maintain proper documentation in a timely manner to support administrative accuracy
• Liaise with parents and tutors to address students’ tuition and centre-related matters, fostering positive relationships
• Update fee payments and administrative data accurately to maintain financial records
• Achieve the centre’s monthly enrolment targets to support business growth
• Communicate clearly and provide excellent customer service to parents and students to enhance satisfaction
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the centre consistently to provide a welcoming environment
• Manage staff payroll to ensure timely and accurate compensation
• Monitor students’ and tutors’ conduct and discipline to uphold centre standards
• Participate actively in staff meetings to contribute to team coordination and improvements
• Assist in recruiting tutors to support staffing needs
• Adapt to assignments at any centre under the same management to ensure operational flexibility
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned to support centre functions

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of sales or administrative experience to support operational and customer service functions
• SPM qualification or above as a foundational educational requirement
• Proficient in MS Office to manage administrative tasks efficiently
