IZeno Hiring! Full Time Information Technology Project Manager in - Ricebowl

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple concurrent IT projects, project sprints and deliverables.
• Manage customer expectations, communications and project escalations.
• Coordinate consultants and technical teams across project engagements.
• Manage project scope, timeline, budget, resources, risks and billing milestones.
• Prepare project documentation, status reports and customer sign-offs.
• Use Jira and Confluence for project tracking, documentation and reporting.
• Coordinate UAT, acceptance testing and project closure.

Requirements

• Proven IT Project Management experience.
• PMP and/or PRINCE2 certification is mandatory.
• Strong experience managing multiple concurrent projects.
• Experience in a System Integrator (SI), IT consulting or technology services environment preferred.
• Strong enterprise client-facing and stakeholder management experience.
• Good understanding of software development and enterprise technology solutions.
• Strong project governance, communication and organisational skills.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence preferred.
• Exposure to Cloud, Data/AI, Software/Application, DevOps, ITSM or similar technology projects is advantageous.
