Professional Job Description

The Director, Business Unit Operations will lead cross-functional business-unit programs and operational execution in Singapore. The role is responsible for financial and operational performance, portfolio prioritization, budgeting, process improvement, cost reduction, and coordination with senior business leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional programs to achieve business objectives and financial targets.

Manage and develop teams, including managers and other senior employees.

Oversee product portfolio prioritization and alignment with business-unit budgets.

Monitor and manage OPEX, AOP, financial objectives, and operating performance.

Drive cost-reduction initiatives to improve gross margin, lead time, and cycle time.

Develop and improve business processes across the business unit.

Coordinate business continuity, crisis management, safety, and other strategic operational programs.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, Operations, or a related field.

Significant experience in business-unit operations, program management, or a related senior leadership function.

Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.

Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, OPEX, and business performance.

Demonstrated ability to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making skills.

Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to work across global organizations.

Pay: $12,000.00 - $20,000.00 per month
