Job Description

Responsibilities

  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within banking, financial services, or payments.
  • Strong experience in Corporate Banking / Payments.
  • Proven experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis, and functional documentation.
  • Strong understanding of payment lifecycle and corporate banking processes.
  • Experience working with Agile and/or Waterfall delivery methodologies.
  • Experience with BRD, FRD/FSD, user stories, use cases, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
  • Experience supporting SIT, UAT, defect management, and production implementation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
