We believe projects are successful when people work together. You will be working closely with clients, our Sales & Marketing team, Operations, Procurement and other internal departments to make sure every project runs smoothly from quotation to execution.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

* Report directly to the Sales & Marketing Manager

* Coordinate and liaise with clients and internal departments

* Prepare and issue quotations

* Follow up closely on project requirements, changes and ad-hoc requests

* Follow up on outstanding payments

* Monitor project costing and expenses

* Coordinate and support onsite project execution

* Work closely with clients and the internal Operations team

* Assist with administrative, procurement and project coordination tasks

* Ensure smooth communication and execution of assigned projects

* Be proactive in responding to requests from both internal and external parties

* Support the team in resolving project issues and ensuring deadlines are met
