Job Description
Responsibilities
An operations executive in logistics manages daily supply chain workflow, coordinates transport and inventory, and solves shipping issues to ensure on-time delivery.
Key Responsibilities
1.Manage and monitor daily transport operations, including scheduling, routing, and driver assignments.
2.Oversee warehouse activities such as pallet loading, staging accuracy, and inventory control.
3.Prepare and verify shipping documentation (AWBs, Bills of Lading, invoices).
4.Handle delivery exceptions (DEX, PUX, customer refusals) and provide corrective actions.
5.Communicate with customers regarding delivery updates and resolve operational issues promptly.
6.Ensure compliance with customs regulations and company policies.
7.Generate weekly performance reports on delivery timelines, costs, and incident cases.
8.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve logistics efficiency.
