Role Overview

As a Human Resources Executive, you will support our people throughout the employee lifecycle while helping the HR team deliver responsive, accurate and employee-focused services.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for production, technical and office positions, ensuring a positive candidate and new-hire experience.
Prepare employment letters and maintain accurate, confidential and up-to-date employee records.
Administer attendance, overtime, leave and employee benefits in a timely and accurate manner.
Provide monthly payroll inputs, updates and supporting information for payroll processing.
Handle work-pass applications, renewals, cancellations and related documentation.
Monitor work-pass expiry dates, foreign-worker requirements and relevant workforce records.
Respond to employee enquiries and support grievance, disciplinary and employee-relations matters with professionalism and care.
Coordinate staff engagement, welfare, recognition and communication activities that strengthen the employee experience.
Arrange employee training, coordinate learning activities and maintain accurate training records.
Support performance appraisals, probation reviews and follow-up actions with managers and employees.
Prepare HR reports and dashboards on headcount, turnover, absenteeism, recruitment and other workforce trends.
Support compliance with company policies and Singapore employment requirements, as well as HR audits and workplace safety initiatives.
Play an active role in transformational HR projects, including mapping and redesigning processes, digitizing employee records, improving HR-system adoption, building automated workflows and reports, and exploring practical uses of data and emerging technology to improve efficiency and the employee experience.
Requirements
Diploma or degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related field.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Candidates with internships, project experience or up to two years of HR experience—particularly in manufacturing or another fast-paced operational environment—will have an advantage.
Good understanding of Singapore HR and employment practices.
Exposure to recruitment, payroll support or HR administration through internships, school projects or previous employment is helpful but not essential.
Knowledge of foreign-worker and work-pass administration is an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, with a keen interest in HR technology, process improvement, automation and data. Experience with HR systems, low-code tools or data visualization is an advantage, but a willingness to learn is more important.
Strong communication, organization and interpersonal skills, with a service-oriented approach.
Able to maintain confidentiality, manage competing priorities and work independently.
Comfortable engaging regularly with employees and supervisors in production areas.
