Marketing & Ecommerce Intern

Role Overview

We are seeking a versatile, proactive, and detail-oriented Part-Time Intern to assist across digital marketing, e-commerce partner management, and event activations. This role is perfect for someone eager to gain real-world experience across the full funnel of modern brand marketing and retail operations.

Key Responsibilities & Scope

1. Digital Marketing & Content Creation (50%)

• Social Copywriting: Draft clear, engaging, and channel-appropriate copy for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.).
• SEO & GEO Content Optimization: Assist in creating and structuring content optimized for Search Engines (SEO) and Generative AI Search Engines (GEO).
• Ad-hoc Marketing Support: Support day-to-day campaigns, asset organization, and creative brainstorming.

2. E-Commerce Operations (25%)

• Enabler Liaison: Assist to follow up with e-commerce enablers and platform managers on daily operations, campaign submissions, and store updates.
• Affiliate & Partner Sourcing: Research, shortlist, and perform initial outreach to affiliates, micro-influencers, and live-streamers for brand collaborations.
• Ad-hoc Ecommerce Support: Support day-to-day promotional campaigns & platforms liaising.

3. Events & Activations (25%)

• Vendor Coordination: Communicate with external suppliers, venue teams, and production vendors for event logistics.
• On-Site Execution: Assist in physical event setup, breakdown, and operational logistics during live brand activations.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Strong written communication skills with a good grasp of social media trends.
• Basic understanding of SEO/GEO principles and digital content formatting.
• Highly organized with strong follow-up and multi-tasking abilities.
• Comfortable with vendor communications and physical event setup tasks.
