About the Role

We are hiring Sales Promoters to support the sales of home appliances and electrical products at our retail locations. You will be responsible for assisting shoppers, sharing product knowledge, and creating a positive customer experience while working towards sales goals.

Main Duties

• Engage with customers and introduce relevant products based on their needs.
• Assist shoppers throughout their product selection and purchasing journey.
• Share information about product functions, specifications, prices, and ongoing promotions.
• Recommend suitable appliances and electrical products according to customer requirements.
• Actively support sales activities and work towards the expected sales target.
• Ensure assigned products are displayed neatly and remain in good presentation.
• Assist with stock checking, product arrangement, and replenishment.
• Keep track of market and competitor activities within the outlet.
• Work closely with outlet personnel to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Update the supervisor on sales performance, customer feedback, and any outlet concerns.

Requirements

• Candidates with experience in sales, retail, customer service, or product promotion are encouraged to apply.
• Good communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
• Confident when speaking with and assisting walk-in customers.
• Interested in learning product knowledge and developing sales skills.
• Goal-oriented and willing to work towards sales targets.
• Reliable, disciplined, and able to carry out responsibilities independently.
• Comfortable working alongside outlet staff and team members.
