Job Summary:

Warehouse Executive are responsible for a vital part of a company's supply chain process. They will responsible for ensuring accuracy of inventory and maintaining a safe working environment. In line to collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment and efficient stock rotation. Also responsible for developing plans to monitor and optimize storage utilization levels, implementing quality programs and using available data analytics to review efficiency of the warehouse storage and layout plans.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Responsible for store operations, stock in and out flow movement of warehouse.
• Maintaining a proper storage and inventory system. Knowledge of QC procedure and FIFO method.
• Responsible for the accurate receiving, storage, retrieval and distribution of goods.
• Track orders and ensure timely delivery.
• Create and implement inventory management systems, process and procedures.
• Ensure that all warehouse operations are performed in compliance with company policy and procedures.
• Monitor and report on warehouse performance metrics.
• Prepare and maintain routine reports related to operation efficiency, logistic, inventory, budgeting, and computerized system data.
• Manage and coordinate warehouse staff, including recruitment, training, and scheduling.
• Execute strategies to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• To manage and sustain 5’S implementation, and Health Safety & Environment (HSE) programs on warehouse floor.
• Documenting operational tasks and reporting to upper-level management.
• To provide a standard manufacturing monthly reporting in proper reporting format to upper-level managements.

· Perform other duties as assigned and to comply with company’s instruction for any additional task required by the Management.

Authority:

• Receiving goods (Delivery order).
• Approve in-out inventory/stock from warehouse to Production or out-going Goods for delivery (If necessary)
• Directly liaise with production related area of process and purchasing team.
• Approve chemicals in acceptance according to acceptance criteria setting.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Proven work experience as a Warehouse Executive.
• Meticulous “eye” for details and accuracy.
• Knowledge of warehousing procedures and best practices.
• Ability to manage inventory control systems – Inventory Management
• Understanding on manual or system wise projection for warehousing.
• Familiar with ISO9001:2015 or any quality standards applicable.

· Ability to lead and drive continuous improvement (KAIZEN).

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
