The Cleaning Company Manager is responsible for overseeing the company's cleaning operations, manpower, client accounts, service quality, and day-to-day business activities. Key Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate the company's daily cleaning operations and service delivery.
Plan manpower deployment, work schedules, and staff allocation across client sites.
Supervise cleaning supervisors and cleaning personnel.
Monitor service quality and conduct regular site inspections.
Ensure cleaning work meets contractual requirements, company standards, and client expectations.
Coordinate with clients, building management, and site representatives regarding operational requirements and service issues.
Handle client feedback, complaints, and corrective actions.
Monitor attendance, manpower requirements, staff performance, and productivity.
Recruit, train, and guide cleaning staff and supervisors where required.
Ensure proper use, maintenance, and availability of cleaning equipment, tools, and supplies.
Monitor inventory and coordinate the procurement of cleaning materials and equipment.
Prepare operational reports, schedules, inspection records, and other management documentation.
Monitor operating costs and assist with budgeting and resource planning.
Ensure employees follow company policies, workplace safety procedures, and relevant site requirements.
Identify operational problems and implement appropriate corrective and improvement measures.
Coordinate with management on business development, quotations, contracts, and service improvements where required.
Support the company in maintaining good relationships with existing clients and developing new business opportunities.
