Report to Project Manager, the Engineer has the following responsibilities:

• Assist the Project Manager in project planning, all on-site technical/engineering matters and authority submission
• Assist the Project Manager in managing and implementing the quality, environmental, health and safety (QEHS) management of Pikasa Builders Pte Ltd.
• Supervise and monitor that projects are carried out in accordance to operating procedures, quality standards and contractual specifications.
• Monitor progress of works and site activities to ensure adherence to project timeline
• Conduct on-site investigations and analyze date (maps, reports, tests, drawings, etc)
• Carry out technical feasibility studies and draw up blueprints that satisfy technical specifications
• Responsible for all inspection activities carried out at work site
• To update all structural/architectural and M&E progress with scheduling tools
• To prepare and submit shop drawing/material/ MOS monhtly progress claim and PM Report
• To analyze customer complaints and provide advise and resolve problems carefully

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
• Proficient in MS Office, Auto Cad
• Good analytical, supervision and communication skills
• Experience in Building Engineering projects including New Build
