Job description:

Welcome, assist and provide a warm, professional experience to all visitors and guests.

Deliver excellent customer service by engaging with guests and responding to enquiries in a courteous and helpful manner.

Capture high-quality photographs of guests using the Company's designated photography equipment and procedures. No prior professional photography experience is required, as training will be provided by the Company.

Present and showcase guests' photographs professionally, assisting them in selecting their preferred images and souvenir photo products.

Promote and sell the Company's photography products and packages while achieving individual and team sales targets.

Ensure all photography equipment and workstations are maintained in good working condition and kept clean and organised.

Process customer transactions accurately and in accordance with the Company's operating procedures.

Comply with all Company policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and health and safety requirements.

Perform any other duties, tasks or responsibilities as may be assigned by the Company from time to time that are reasonably related to the position.
