Operations Manager

Position: Operations Manager

Schedule: 6 days/week (including weekends, weekday off)

Key Responsibilities

Procurement & Supplier Management

• Source and negotiate with suppliers for raw materials, packaging, and equipment
• Maintain supplier databases and evaluate vendor performance
• Process purchase orders and track deliveries
• Coordinate with suppliers on quality specifications and delivery schedules

Customer Relations & Sales Support

• Handle customer inquiries and order processing
• Manage customer accounts and maintain relationship records
• Coordinate with sales team on customer requirements
• Process customer orders and delivery arrangements

Inventory & Goods Management

• Oversee goods receiving and quality checks
• Maintain inventory records and stock levels
• Coordinate with warehouse on storage and dispatch
• Monitor expiry dates and stock rotation

Financial Administration

• Process invoices, payments, and basic bookkeeping
• Maintain financial records and documentation
• Assist with budget tracking and expense management
• Coordinate with accountants on monthly closings

General Office Administration

• Manage office operations and administrative systems
• Handle correspondence, filing, and documentation
• Coordinate meetings and maintain calendars
• Ensure compliance with food safety and regulatory requirements
