Job Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with ecommerce funnels or CRO
• Strong landing page builder experience
• Understand direct-response marketing, offers, and customer psychology
• Comfortable with A/B testing, analytics, and conversion tracking
• Able to build and optimize funnels independently
• Good understanding of conversion rate, AOV, CPA, and revenue per visitor
• HTML/CSS knowledge
• Experience with upsells, subscriptions, or post-purchase funnels is a plus

We’re looking for a Funnel Engineer – Ecommerce & CRO who can take an idea from concept to a fully functioning, revenue-generating funnel.

This is not a role where you simply receive landing page tasks and make small edits.

You’ll have the freedom to develop new funnel ideas, test offers, improve conversion rates, build new customer journeys, and work directly with our media buyers, creative strategists, designers, and developers to turn those ideas into revenue.

And unlike a traditional salaried role, your earning potential is tied to the value you create.

Your compensation starts with a RM5,000 RM8,000 base salary, with additional performancebased commission on successful funnels and ideas you help create and scale.

For exceptional performers, total earnings can potentially grow to USD $10,000+ per month as their funnels and ideas generate meaningful results across our brands.

What you’ll work on:

• Landing pages and product pages
• Advertorial and VSL funnels
• Lead generation funnels
• Quiz and segmentation funnels
• New offers and funnel concepts
• Upsells, downsells and post-purchase flows
• Checkout and conversion optimization
• A/B testing and experimentation
• Customer behavior and funnel analytics
• Event tracking and funnel diagnostics
• Turning winning experiments into scalable systems

You’ll work with real paid traffic, real customers, and real revenue, giving you the ability to see quickly whether an idea works and continuously improve it.

We are not looking for someone whose job is simply to make pages look better.

Your job is to find ways to make more people buy, increase the value of every customer, and build funnels that can scale.
