Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate team members, ensuring high quality of food is maintained
- Assist the main Cook with cooking and assemble sandwiches, burgers, fries and other menu items
- Ensure the cafe is properly stocked, clean, and organised
- Maintain health and safety standards and ensure cleanliness throughout shift
- Strong communication, punctuality, reliability, and a calm, positive attitude
- Ability to manage multiple tasks during busy periods
- Have good food hygiene and safety practices
- Confident cooking skills and ability to follow recipes
- Minimum 1 year cooking experience in hot kitchen (griddle, deep fryer, etc)
- Physically and mentally fit
