 Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Mass Communication, Media, Branding, Communications, Business or related fields. 
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in branding, content, communications, social media or related fields. 
• Prior experience leading, guiding or coordinating a team is preferred. 
• Able to provide direction, delegate tasks and follow up on team progress. 
• Strong understanding of branding, content development and audience engagement. 
• Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently. 
• Strong communication, coordination and interpersonal skills. 
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and event-driven environment. 
• Familiar with social media platforms, digital content and current trends. 
• Must be familiar with AI tools and able to use them effectively for content creation, research, ideation and productivity.
• Comfortable using generative AI tools such as ChatGPT or similar platforms as part of daily work. 
• Able to apply human judgement, brand direction and quality control when using AI-generated content. 
• Knowledge of Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools is an advantage. 
• Experience in photography, videography, copywriting or content production is an added advantage.

The Fame Events is looking for an experienced and proactive Brand Experience & Content Specialist to join our team.This role will be involved in brand development, content planning, campaign execution and audience engagement, while also taking the lead in coordinating and guiding the team to ensure projects are delivered effectively.The candidate should also be comfortable using AI tools to support content creation, research, ideation, campaign planning and overall work efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate brand, content and campaign-related activities. 
• Guide team members on content direction, execution and priorities. 
• Develop creative ideas for brand campaigns and digital content. 
• Plan and oversee social media and content calendars. 
• Review content quality and ensure consistency with brand direction. 
• Support photo, video and content production. 
• Coordinate brand collaborations, PR and event engagement activities. 
• Work closely with internal teams and external partners. 
• Keep up with current content, social media and industry trends. 
• Monitor campaign performance and identify ways to improve audience engagement. 
• Support and lead content execution during events and company activities. 
• Use AI tools to support content ideation, research, copywriting, campaign planning and creative development. 
• Explore suitable AI tools to improve content quality, productivity and workflow efficiency. 
• Guide team members on the practical use of AI tools for content and campaign-related work.
